Refund & Payment Policy

Free Trial

Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to begin. You get full access to the plan you select during the trial period. The trial exists specifically so you can verify that EstimatorPRO works for your business before paying anything. If the software does not meet your needs, cancel during the trial at no cost.

Subscription Payments

After the trial period ends, continued access requires a paid subscription billed to the card on file. All subscription payments — monthly or annual — are final and non-refundable. This includes:

• Monthly plan charges at the start of each billing cycle
• Annual plan charges paid at the start of the subscription year
• The introductory Launch Intro rate during the promotional period
• Any plan upgrades mid-cycle

If you cancel, you retain access through the end of the current paid period. No partial-month or partial-year refunds are issued.

AI Credits

AI credits purchased for use with EstimatorPRO's AI Tree Identification feature are final and non-refundable. Purchased credits do not expire but cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred between accounts. Note: EstimatorPRO's AI features use your own Anthropic or OpenAI API key — credits you purchase from those providers directly are governed by their respective policies, not this one.

What Happens If Something Goes Wrong

We do not issue refunds, but we stand behind the software. If you encounter a bug, a broken feature, or something that is not working as documented:

• We will work to resolve the issue
• For documented platform failures that significantly impaired your use of the software, we may credit your account with additional subscription time at our discretion — this is a goodwill gesture, not an entitlement, and is evaluated case by case
• Goodwill credits are applied to your account and have no cash value

We are a small team. Winston sets up every account personally and responds to every support request directly. If something is broken, we want to know and we will fix it.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank for a charge you authorized is a violation of these Terms. If you have a billing question or concern, contact us first. We will resolve legitimate billing errors promptly. Chargebacks result in immediate account suspension.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at support@estimatorpro.co or calling (434) 207-2831. There are no cancellation fees. Access continues through the end of the current paid period.
