The Tree Inventory keeps a permanent record of every tree on every property you service. Each tree record stores species (from the 189-species database), scientific name, DBH, height, canopy spread, condition rating, disease notes, valuable species flag, and complete work history. Every estimate you create from that tree is automatically added to the work history — so you always know what was done, when, and what was charged. Trees show on the Property Map with color-coded markers: green for good, amber for fair, orange for poor, dark red for dead, red for hazard. You can add trees from the inventory into any new estimate with one tap, with the species and dimensions already filled in.
Plant Health Care lets you set up recurring treatment programs for any client's trees or shrubs. Create a PHC record with treatment type (fertilization, pest control, disease management, deep root feeding, or custom), frequency (monthly, quarterly, seasonal, annual), price per treatment, and scheduled date. The app sends automatic email reminders when treatments are due.
