Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of EstimatorPRO. By using the Service, you agree to comply with this policy. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Permitted Use

EstimatorPRO is designed for tree service companies and related businesses to manage estimating, invoicing, scheduling, customer relationships, and field operations. Use of the Service for these legitimate business purposes is permitted and encouraged.

Prohibited Activities

You may not use EstimatorPRO to:

• Store, transmit, or distribute illegal content of any kind
• Engage in fraud, deception, or misrepresentation toward your customers or us
• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Harass, threaten, or harm any individual
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, its servers, or networks
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or other users' accounts
• Use automated bots or scripts to scrape, crawl, or stress-test the Service
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written permission
• Use the Service to send unsolicited commercial messages (spam) via the SMS feature
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or any content designed to harm systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
• Use the AI features with API keys belonging to others without authorization

SMS Usage

The two-way SMS feature is for communicating with your established customers regarding your tree service business. You may not use it to send unsolicited messages, marketing messages to people who have not engaged with your business, or any content that violates applicable telemarketing laws including the TCPA.

Data You Enter

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all data you enter into EstimatorPRO. You warrant that you have the right to input and use any customer information, photos, or other data you upload to the Service.

Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action for any violation of this policy, including account suspension or termination, reporting to law enforcement, and pursuing legal remedies.
