Payment information: We do not store credit card numbers. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, which maintains its own privacy practices.

Location data: GPS coordinates collected when you use the time clock or property map features. This data is associated with your account and not shared with third parties.

Anthropic / OpenAI — for AI tree identification using your own API key; data sent to these services is governed by your agreement with them

We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, session authentication, CSRF protection, and access controls. No method of electronic transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
