How to Connect

Go to the Company page in EstimatorPRO and tap Connect QuickBooks. You'll be redirected to QuickBooks to authorize the connection using their standard OAuth process. Your QuickBooks credentials never pass through EstimatorPRO — you log in directly on Intuit's site and grant access. Once connected, the sync runs automatically.

OAuth Security

The connection uses QuickBooks' standard OAuth 2.0 authorization. Your username and password never touch EstimatorPRO servers. You authorize the connection on Intuit's own login page, and QuickBooks sends back a secure token. That token is what allows the sync. You can revoke access from your QuickBooks account at any time.

Who It's For

QuickBooks sync is most valuable for companies that have a bookkeeper, accountant, or office manager who works in QuickBooks but not in EstimatorPRO. You do your field work and estimating in EstimatorPRO. Your books stay current in QuickBooks without anyone having to re-enter invoices or mark payments by hand.

It's also useful for companies that need to share financials with a CPA or lender — QuickBooks is the format they expect, and sync keeps it current without extra work on your end.
