The Real Cost of an Unoptimized Day

Four jobs scattered across a service area, driven in the order they were booked, can easily add 45 minutes to an hour of unnecessary windshield time compared to an optimized route. At current fuel costs and crew wages, that's real money every single day. Over a full season it adds up to hundreds of hours and thousands of dollars in recoverable margin.
