Species, DBH, height, condition, disease, photos, and complete work history — all searchable, all linked to the property map, all building your professional reputation with every visit.
The Tree Inventory is a permanent database of every tree on every property you service. Each record stores everything relevant to that individual tree: species from the 189-species database, scientific name, trunk diameter (DBH), height, canopy spread, condition rating, disease or pest notes, a flag for valuable species, GPS pin location, photos, and a complete work history showing every estimate you have ever created for that tree.
This is the record that makes you look like a professional arborist, not just someone with a chainsaw. When you pull up a client's property and can say "that white oak in the front yard had its first crown reduction in 2024 and needs cabling this season," you win the job.
Every estimate you create that includes a tree from the inventory automatically adds an entry to that tree's work history on save. You don't do anything extra. Over time each tree record builds a timeline of every service performed, every price charged, and every date worked. This becomes the basis for Plant Health Care recommendations, re-service calls, and annual maintenance conversations.
Trees you pin on the Property Map appear in the Tree Inventory. Trees you add in the inventory can be placed on the map. When you tap a tree marker on the map, the full inventory record opens. When you tap a tree in the inventory list, the map centers on its pin. They are the same data viewed two ways.
From any tree's record in the inventory, tap Add to Estimate. The species, DBH, height, and condition pre-fill into the estimate's Trees tab. You select the service type and the app calculates crew and hours from there. No re-entering information you already have.
