Three Ways to Invoice

EstimatorPRO gives you three invoicing paths depending on what the job needs. All three produce a branded, professional invoice with your company name, logo, and a Stripe payment link.

1

From an estimate

Open any estimate and tap the Invoice tab. The line items, totals, and client info are already filled in. Generate in one tap.

2

Quick Invoice

The Dashboard has a Quick Invoice button for 30-second invoicing. Select the client, enter the amount and description, send.

3

Full Invoicing page

The Invoicing section lets you build invoices with multiple line items, tax rates, discounts, deposit amounts, and payment terms.

Stripe Pay Links

Set up your Stripe account on the Company page — it takes about five minutes. After that, every invoice includes a Send with Pay Link option. The customer gets a text or email with a link. They tap it, enter their card on a secure Stripe-hosted page, and the money goes directly to your bank account. EstimatorPRO never touches your customers' card data. Stripe handles all PCI compliance.

Payment Tracking

What's on the Invoice

Every invoice shows your company name, logo, phone, and email at the top. Line items with descriptions and amounts. Subtotal, tax, discount, and total. Payment terms. A Pay Now button when sent with a Stripe link. Invoices can be printed, emailed, texted as a link, or shared as a PDF.

Accept Any Payment Method

Stripe card payments are the fastest way to get paid, but you can also mark any invoice as paid manually. Cash, check, Venmo, CashApp, Zelle — select the payment method, enter the amount, and the invoice status updates. The payment history shows how and when each invoice was settled.
