The Dashboard Job Feed

Your Dashboard always shows today's jobs and tomorrow's jobs with a count badge so you know what's coming without opening the schedule. Each job card shows the client name, address, crew assigned, and start time. Tap any job to open the full schedule record.

Google Calendar Export

Any job can be exported to Google Calendar with one tap. The event includes the job name, client address, crew assigned, and any notes. Your crew members can be added as attendees so they get the calendar notification on their phones. Works with any Google Workspace or personal Gmail account.

Pulling from Estimates

When you create a new schedule entry, you can link it to an existing estimate. The client, address, and job details pull in automatically. No re-entering information you already captured when you built the bid.

Route Optimization

Open any scheduled job and tap Route Optimization to plan your driving route for multi-stop days. Add all of the day's job addresses, let Google Routes calculate the most efficient order, and get turn-by-turn directions to each stop. See total drive time and distance for the full day's route. Drag stops to reorder manually if needed.
