The AI Tree Identification tool lets you take a photo of any tree and receive an instant species identification, condition assessment, and service recommendation. The GPS coordinates are automatically read from the photo so the tree gets pinned on the Property Map at the exact spot where you took the picture. The result pre-fills the tree record — you confirm, save, and move on.
This is not a separate app. It is built directly into your estimating workflow. The identified tree goes straight into your inventory and can be added to any estimate with one tap.
Go to Company Settings and paste your Anthropic or OpenAI API key. This is a one-time setup. You bring your own key so you control your costs.
On the Property Map, tap Pin Tree Here, then tap AI Analyze. Or open any tree record in the Tree Inventory and tap the AI photo button.
The AI returns species, scientific name, estimated condition, and recommended service. Your GPS location pins the tree on the map automatically.
Review the result, make any adjustments, and tap Save. The tree is now in your inventory, on the map, and ready to add to estimates.
